This is a 24 week course covering the four core DBT Skills Modules: Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance. Meet weekly to strengthen and increase use of DBT Skills. This group is appropriate for those wanting to learn skills to reduce ineffective behaviors such as self-harm, while increasing behaviors that support building a life worth living.
